What are credits?
Credits are consumed when SignalForge performs enrichment operations — email lookups, AI research, and personalization generation. Sending an email or WhatsApp message does not consume a credit; only data enrichment does. One credit typically covers one full lead enrichment cycle (email lookup + validation + AI research).
Is there a free trial for the Pro plan?
Yes. When you sign up for Pro, you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro features — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial you can subscribe or drop back to the Starter plan.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Which channels are included in each plan?
The Starter plan includes email only. The Pro plan adds WhatsApp (via the SignalForge Desktop Agent). Enterprise includes all channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter session-based sending through the desktop agent.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The Starter plan is completely free and never requires a credit card. The Pro free trial also starts without a card — you only enter payment details if you decide to continue after the trial.
